About Kettering Sewer Pros

Kettering has a lot of postwar housing. That means a lot of original clay and Orangeburg laterals still in the ground, now reaching the age where they crack, offset, and let roots in. Kettering Sewer Pros built its focus around fixing those lines without digging up the yard that’s grown in around them for seventy years.

We don’t do general plumbing. Trenchless sewer repair is the one thing we do: camera diagnosis, CIPP lining, pipe bursting, full replacement when nothing else will hold. That narrow focus means less guessing and more direct answers when you call.

How We Approach Every Job

Every estimate starts with a camera inspection, not a guess from the surface. We run the line, see exactly where the damage is and what it looks like, then recommend a method based on what the pipe actually needs. If it’s cracked but round, lining usually makes sense. If it’s collapsed or badly offset, bursting replaces it. You get a written scope and price range before anything starts, no verbal estimate that shifts later.

That inspection-first approach also answers a question we hear a lot from people buying older Kettering homes: is it worth checking the sewer line before closing? Almost always, yes. A camera pass costs far less than discovering a collapsed lateral after move-in.

Serving Kettering and Oakwood

Kettering Sewer Pros covers Kettering and the surrounding area, including Oakwood. Both suburbs share the same underlying problem: older residential streets built decades ago, mature trees, and lateral pipe that was never designed to last this long. Oakwood’s smaller, denser lots make trenchless methods even more useful since there’s less room for an open trench without tearing out landscaping or driveway.
